NMMT Bus — reduction in number of buses and frequency

A welcome step was taken on 08 aug 2017 by introducing 4 buses no.77 for route new panvel railway station to nere.
Today on 19 aug 2017 the happiness reduced by half. Reason is the reduction number of buses as well as in the frequency. Why nmmt is playing with the emotions of passengers. While introducing it was published in the newspaper. What happened now? Why no advertisement? What is the reason? Which pressure made you to succumb for such a decision? As far as we have seen, the buses are almost full resulting in good collection till yesterday.
Hope that not only you will restore 4 buses but also increase its frquency to 10 minutes in near future.

Abhijeet V. Shitole's response Ticket price was 53 rupee and i gave 100 then still arrogantly talking and askubg for change 3 time for 3 rupee and i saw he was having enough change in his hand
