NMMT Bus — unethical behaviour of the bus driver

I am a daily traveller of the ac bus no.107. Today the ac was quite high and while getting down i just asked abt it to the conductor he said i should speak to the driver so i was asking him what temperature was the ac on that that driver started shouting at me i was surprised on this and said i did not ask anything wrong and y was he screaming. On that he said that his voice was only like that. Then daily he stops the bus were ever we want to get down but today he refused and replied me that u r following rules so u get down at the stop. I felt very bad. This is like a insult. This behaviour is not tolerable. I would like you to pls. Take this matter seriously so that that driver will not misbehave like this with some one else. Updated by rajlax I am a daily traveller of the AC bus no .107 . today i took the morning bus at 8.10 am from meridian bus stop Nerul. First of all the bus came late at 8.18 usually it cms by 8.11 or so and today the ac was quite high and while getting down i just asked abt it to the conductor he said i should speak to the driver so i was asking him what temperature was the Ac on that that driver started shouting at me i was surprised on this and said i did not ask anything wrong and y was he screaming. on that he said that his voice was only like that. then daily he stops the bus were ever we want to get down but today he refused and replied me that u r following rules so u get down at the stop. i felt very bad. this is like a insult. this behaviour is not tolerable.
