Hi Team,
I have raised a warranty claim on 10th March for my Nokia tv with complain number: CLBW[protected]
It’s more than 4 months now and issue is still not resolved. Every time I call customer service they are saying that part is not available and they have escalated the issue. This has happened more than 14 15 times. Even after so many escalations why issue is not resolved.
If part is not available why whole TV is not getting replaced with the new one.
It’s already more than 4 months and it’s being a mental torture for me to check again and again. And still issue is not getting resolved.
Please look into this ASAP and give me resolution for this.

      I' m Ravi Fernando from Sri Lanka, I'm using a Nokia 2.3 phone and purchased it from a Dealer promotion. After few months it got following errors and dealer or no one correct the failures. those are always stuck, cannot dial at once, when ringing it is not appearing, to charge always has to restart, after removing the charger phone shows it charging, always has to close and re open by right key, always ringing tone get silent, screen get black and not appear any thing and many more please help me to over come with this issue as I'm not in a position to buy a new phone . This is a very very poor user unfriendly phone. This is the first time I using a Nokia and I'm fed up with this. As a employees who engaging in the best service providing company I will never promote this if you'll not taking this to your consideration. Also I will publish this on social media with proofs. Hope you will looking to this matter in professional manner.

        I bought your product from Flipkart on 6 april and also bought extended warranty and within 1 month I t stopped working. Ther was no led light atall and it was not turning on atall. I contacted provided customer care details. Since then there are 4 telephonic troubleshooting 5 engineer visits. They have opened my brand new tv 5 times to change wires, motherborad, software updation and number of parts and till today its not working.. worst product n service.. i wasted my hard earned money.. i dnt want to defame you on social media but hoping to get either replacement or my money back

          I bought a Nokia 5.3 device on Dated 30/Jan/2021, without any demage or break it gone bend from between. Voice issue is also there. And company is denying to give service. Phone kahi gira nhi, kahi se bhi tuta nhi, kahi bhi koi nisan tak nhi !! Phir bhi company wale ise warranty mei shi nhi kr rhe !! 5000 rupees mang rhe hai!! Aise bend q hua phone is tak ka answer nhi de rhe... Kal ko battery blast ho gya ya kuch bhi accident hua is device ki wajah se toh kon responsible hoga?? Meine photos attach ki hai.. please take action against this. I want replacement. Please tell me why I pay when there is not my fault !!

            I have purchased a nokia 8.1 mobile phone. It was working properly for last one year. Now the signal is coming and going frequently. The case is same for net also. Since the signal is not stable, i am unable to use the phone. Kinly suggest a remedy.

                Nokia 105 Mobile has bug in it..I gave this mobile to my mother who is close to 55 years old. she knows only how to answer the calls..but from this i see there is number 5924102 getting dialed everytime..and this number the charges are 5Rs per minute which is very too much.. i think this phone should be banned in the market. I am not only the one who is facing the issue, you can also check the amazon reviews and all

                This Nokia 105 has bug..Don't buy it

                  I bought Nokia TV along with extended warranty. TV stopped working and I raised complaint with customer care for warranty claim in March. But even after 2 months issue has not been resolved. Every time I call customer care they tell to wait for 48 hrs but still it’s not resolved.

                    I have nokia 5.1, brought it in may 2019, from last year it isn't working properly, it switch off and heats too quick . Today a very weird thing happened it produced some noise of motor running and vibrated and switched off, I worry it will someday burst while I'm using it . What can I do to fix it . Should I stop using it .

                                Last June I purchased Nokia 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV from Flipkart.
                                I thought NOKIA is a premium brand but I was wrong
                                I'm facing many technical issues since I brought this tv, Till now (TV Remote was replaced, 2 times motherboard was replaced, and still problems was not yet resolved.

                                  I Purchased Nokia 5.1 Plus Mobile on 2019 April, I was quite exciting to use this product it was so cool for 1 year. For the Past 6 months i m so disappointed to use this product coz their brand battery quality has so unfair its irritating to use whether i m using less amount of apps like whats app & Instagram even i don't to install any gaming apps though its battery bulgie so I'd change my battery recently, again it had complaint secondly

                                    Hi,

                                    I have sent my Nokia 6.1plus phone for screen damage repair at the service center mentioned below, I was told that they replace it with authentic glass but they have replaced the front touch glass with non-authentic product and while delivering they mentioned that its not authentic and they didn't provide me any invoice for that repair, charged me double compared to local shops.

                                    So how this is fair, when the authentic service is replacing the parts with local products and charging double with the name of "NOKIA" branding, Please take action on this. The counter representatives were rude while delivering the product.

                                      I had been purchased Nokia 4.2 device from online in September 2020. The device is not getting mobile network frequently. I have to restart sim every time to correct it. I had complained this 5 months back in nearby Nokia service center and there is no solution yet. I am going to complaint against Nokia if this they are not going to take any action on this.
