Worst response by nokia and i dont know when I supposed to get my refund back. In this well advanced technology Nokia unable to transfer the amount of refund in stipulated time.

    I have purchased a Nokia 5.3 mobile, ordered on 13th sep-2020 and delivered 19th Sep-2020. I have tried place return request more than 15 times in period of 19th to till, But connected yesterday only and he said we can't do anything with your order. actually there is no theme and font management in that mobile. and 6 GB RAM worked as 2GB. Kindly do refund my order.

      I have purchased a handset some months back, since its purchase it was giving me trouble, i often visited your dealer at Bankura, West Bengal, all the time they have just done factory reset and told me all is well. but it often gets disconnected and switches off. I have come to Bhubaneswar, Odisha for work, here the dealer is telling me that the battery needs to be replaced. Why should I pay now when my phone is not even a year old. Request you to intervene.

        I bought my NOKIA 7.1 on 20th October 2019, In mid October I encountered charging issues so I submitted my phone for repair at Simran Electronics, Agra as it was under warrantee. It's been a month but the service center keeps on saying that the parts are not available, For god's sake don't open the service centers in the name of your brand if all they do is delay, I've never ran across a lazier system than this, such incidents hamper the company image, I switched to NOKIA after 16 years and this is all NOKIA has to deliver: poor services. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

          Purchased a Nokia 7.1 from Reliance digital (mumbai) in Feb 2020.

          Three months after purchase the phone developed display problems and the showroom informed that the problem is not covered under warranty.

          It has been 3 months since I have been checking with various service centres but there has been no solution to the problem.

          I have already informed others NOT to buy a Nokia 7.1 model as my phone has developed problems 3 months after the purchase.

            Dear Sir
            i have been requested several items for refund of Rs 1399/- against the Order ID: 139726, every time they use to say wait for 5 days, 7-10 working days but it has not been happened. i fed up with the services.

            the worst support from the NOKIA. either are not providing any tracking iD or ticket number. now it completed 2 months. Please help us to get my money back and also let us know how fight against the them legally.
            as we are a middle class person we need your support.

            till date no one has called me back about the issue from nokia care center. Whenever i called to CC they use to tell that we will call you and update and it will resolve in 7-10 working days, 2 months over till date it has not happening in fruitful manner.
            I am un happy with the Nokia support system ..

                I ordered Nokia 105 dual sim model on[protected]. I am waiting nearly 2 days for dispatch message, nothing came. So I canceled my order on[protected]. But still that refund amount not received. I contacted Nokia customer care through email in more time but still money not refund. I don’t know why so much delay for refund.

                  Dear Sir
                  My nokia handset model NOKIA 7.1 TA-1097DS4/64 BLUE INDIA
                  HAVING IMEI NO. [protected]
                  Which is bought on dated[protected] and out of warranty having charging problem is given to your service centre by my son Manpreet singh for repair on dated[protected] vide JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/200930/005. Which is suppose to deliver me after repair on dated[protected]. but till the date i do not get my handset repaired. after complaining on twitter and Instagram i received call from Mr. Lakhwinder having mobile no[protected] on dated[protected] an he insure me that all issue will resolved by[protected]. on 27 th morning i got information by Amritsar service centre ph.no [protected] that parts are not available with nokia india and they are unable to repair handset. And now Mr. Lakhwinder is vanished he is not picking phone and replying any message. UNDER RIGHT TO CONSUMER AFTER SALES SERVICE PROTECTION ACT Nokia is responsible for repair of my hand set availability of spare parts. Kindly do it fast else i am moving in consumer form.

                    I have done a complain for NOKIA 55 inch TV remote on dated 3 oct its since 20 days they are still clueless for the resolution they can provide me they keep giving excuses on the name of part dispatched by them on 12 oct but still its not trackable according to their tracking id even they changing their words by which courier they have shipped They keep telling DTDC buedart and ekart but on any of website it is not tracable tracking id is B[protected] and my registered contact no [protected]

                      I'm a user of Nokia 8 Sirocco and my display is broken. I have given repeated calls to the customer service support but I'm really sorry to say that I had never such a bad experience compared with any other company support teams. Please help me to resolve my issue. Always they say "Sorry Sir complaint is escalated to the senior team". The display change will be a paid service still they are not helpful. Please help me resolve the issue Sir. Thank you.

                        Hello sir &mam I'm atul bihari fb pe ad aaya tha 2600 me 4g set 3gb ram 32 internal uske baad maine online kiya next day call aaya address liya. Gya mujhse uske baad phone pahuch gya mere pas then parsal open kiya to usme 5233 phone tha.Dekhe to upset

                          Hello Team,

                          I had ordered Nokia 5.3 from the official site of Nokia on 26-Aug-2020.

                          Here are the details:

                          URL: http://www.nokia.com/phones
                          Order Date - 26/08/2020 11:17:25
                          Order No - 135070
                          Pay Mode - Unified Payments - UPI
                          Amount paid - INR 13999.00

                          However, I cancelled the order on 28-Aug-2020 (within the stipulated time of cancellation policy). I received an email from Nokia on order cancellation (order #135070) in which they stated refund would be initiated within 1 week.

                          I waited for the refund for couple of weeks after which I dropped e-mail to know about the refund status. Apparently they didn't guarantee any definite date for providing the refund.

                          I followed up with them for few more weeks where they just bluntly responded to be patient and wait for some more time to get the refund.

                          It's been more than 40 days since the order cancellation(order #135070). I have called up the customer care and by their response, I figured out that Nokia mobiles might be involved in some kind of fraudulent activity with customer's refund amount.

                          Nokia has clearly displayed:
                          1. Sheer negligence
                          2. Harassment to customer by holding their money beyond agreeable time
                          3. Reluctance in updating the refund status.

                          I hope to get the refund soon.

                          Please take stringent action against Nokia Mobiles.

                            I am Souvik Santra, Belong from Tarakeswar, Hooghly, west bengal. Few days ago I submitted my Nokia 6.1 plus mobile phone in our nearest Nokia authorised service centre die to charging issue. The service centre take my phone arround 12 days. However when I received my phone, I see that my phone back panel is not set properly. So I asked them but they told me that the gum problem. But when I using my phone I noticed that my phone battery charge % is drop down very fast. So then I visited another Nokia authorised service centre. They said me that the battery is duplicate. We are not expect this type of thief from Nokia authorised service centre. Hope I get help from Nokia as soon as possible.

                              Hello Consumer Team:

                              I have booked NOKIA C3 android mobile online have following details,

                              Transaction with www.nokia.com/phones was successful

                              order #139047

                              Transaction ID: [protected]
                              Merchant Website: www.nokia.com/phones
                              Amount Paid: 8999.00
                              Order Date:[protected]:58:37

                              When I was booking NOKIA has verified whether service has provided specified postcode or not and it shows NOKIA can Provide the service.

                              As I booked the mobile and make the successful payment online I got call saying they can not Provide the service for my specified location and top of that they have canceled order #139047 after 3 days without any info by sending the email as your Order has canceled and amount has refunded.

                              when I checked the bank statement I found no refund has received. When I email them about refund amount has not received they replied saying 'forwarding your concern to our relevant department'. and getting same reply from date of[protected] to till date.

                              It has been now 27 days completed and still I have not received refund.

                              My main concern summary with NOKIA are,

                              1. Why they have accepted my Order if they don't provide the service to my provided location.?
                              2. Why NOKIA has canceled my order without knowing me.?
                              3. Why not getting any update from NOKIA about my refund Amount?

                              I personally fill NOKIA knowingly holding the Customer amount and delaying the process. I am not sure I will get the refund back or not but till the date and time (11-Oct_2020 5:00 PM) I have not revived refund from NOKIA and following since 27 Days.

                              If I compare the refund policy with other online shopping like Amezon, flipkart they do refund without any follow up within 3 days but don't know why NOKIA hold the amount for long time and not giving any confirm date and time to refund.

                              I am now frustrated with NOKIA to get my refund amount. Request you take required action against NOKIA Who knows how many people are facing same issue like me.

                                I'm facing charging issue in my nokia 6.1 plus phone from last 2 months. It gets disconnected and connected automatically. Nokia flex care center in Chennai said water damage but clearly it's a manufacturing defect as many users having same ckmplaint on nokia community itself

                                    My phone Nokia 3.2 suddenly stopped working. I had bought this phone in November 2019 and it stopped working so i went to customer care to get it repaired and they are saying its not in warranty period according to imei number the device was activated in june 2019. I got their denial letter and contacted amazon as well as Nokia customer care and the issue has still not been addressed. Its been a 13days now my phone is dead but customer care of Nokia is doing nothing about it. I keep on calling them daily and everyone keeps saying they will revert back in 24 hours but nobody calls and they have absolutely no update about my complaint.

                                      I had bought this phone in November 2019 and it stopped working so i went to customer care to get it repaired and they are saying its not in warranty period according to imei number the device was activated in june 2019 whereas i bought the device from amazon in November and it should have been in warranty till November 2020. I got their denial letter and contacted amazon as well as Nokia customer care and the issue has still not been addressed. Its been a week now my phone is dead.

                                      Its been more than 10 days now that i have been calling Nokia service center and they are not giving any update of my complaint and just registering the complaint over and over again without any actual work on it. More so over they just keep on lying that they will revert back in 24hours but they don't and same story is being repeated since past 13 days now

                                        I bought nokia 7.1 phone 1 and half year ago and i regret why did i wasted 19k on that i started facing problem after 3 months, my phone charging was loose, after few days it becomes very difficult to charge phone. I visited service center and they repaired the phone and returned, again after 1 month i started facing same problem, i bought new charger again as per their suggestion and it also could not resolve my problem, when i called them it was lockdown and they refused for repair, not its warranty is over and now they said it will be repair on chargeable basis.
                                        I want to complain on nokia they are selling the product without quality test and most of the customers are facing charging issue and company is not not taking the responsibility.
                                        I will never buy any nokia phone in future, also i will recommend everyone not to buy nokia phones since they are cheating customer.
                                        Please help me to refund or exchange this defective phone.
