I bought Nokia 7.1 phone 1 and half year ago and I regret why did I wasted 19k on that I started facing problem after 3 months, my phone charging was loose, after few days it becomes very difficult to charge phone. I visited service center and they repaired the phone and returned, again after 1 month I started facing same problem, i bought new charger again as per their suggestion and it also could not resolve my problem, when i called them it was lockdown and they refused for repair, not its warranty is over and now they said it will be repair on chargeable basis.
I want to complain on Nokia they are selling the product without quality test and most of the customers are facing charging issue and Company is not not taking the responsibility.
I will never buy any Nokia phone in future, also I will recommend everyone not to buy Nokia phones since they are cheating customer.
Please help me to refund or exchange this defective phone.

    unable to connect nokia 8.1 to the laptop via usb cable & display flicker issues

    I brought nokia 8.1 on 13/06/2019, after three month the phone was dead while security updates updating on the phone. After lots of effort & follow-up works has been done. Then they agree and send another handset. On march 2020 security update the phone was unable to connect laptop via usb cable and display flickering issue has been developed. Lots of complaint informed to nokia call centre & his third party supplier. But only mailing conversation...

    I bought Nokia 5.1+ from Nokia.com on 13 December 18. From then i am facing constant problems in the handset like battery discharging on connecting charger automatically, power off lag and hang issues, but Nokia didn't cooperated me as i am calling them from 2nd day of buying.
    Charger is not properly connected and when i visited to the center while phone was in warranty they said charging pin got moisturized and thus needed to change it which will approximate cost me[protected] with few more corrections. I don't understand that such a renowned company in which i am trusting from the beginning and also welcomed its comeback made such a fragile connecting point which without any contact to water due to moisture in atmosphere got rusted(as told by service center). This reply was bit ridiculous and heart breaking. No one took the concern into account. I feel so cheated. Please help me i[censored] can. As i am not in a position to change the handset. Please look after the whole situation and help me accordingly.

      My nokia 5 was having issue because it was not getting charge from charger, so i gave to nokia service centre.
      After servicing i received my nokia 5, which i gave for service at s.s services, kalyan, india.

      My service job sheet no. is[protected]/200824/007
      I was charged 1650rs.

      It should be Parts charge 413rs and labour charge 350rs = 763rs

      Please check what type of service done on nokia 5 and request them to refund extra amount.

      Bill scan copy is attached.

        I had bought the above mentioned mobile from alfa at andheri on[protected] for which i was said the warranty on the phone will be provided by nokia.
        after a month o fusing the phone it started giving probems so i contact the dealer for which i was said contact the service center. then the phone was working fine but i think it was an hardware problem with the phone . off late in may 202o it completely stopped working & was as dead. due to lockdown could give it to service center . but in august 25 2020 i gave it to the service center for repair. the lady at the counter refused to take the phone under warranty & said this cannot be repaired under warranty as the touch screen has scratches on the corner so i said ok do it without warranty . sh3e said you will be charged rs 150 for giving an estimate, . i agreed to ti.

        i dont understand what type of warranty the company gives for .is the hardware or software of the mobile handset.

        after few day s of calling regularly to them they said its motherboard has a problem as well as the touch screen also needs to be changed but that would cost you more than the new phone itself. atleast something on the phone jhas to be done under warranty then why is the company giving the warranty in the first place.
        i rerquest you to look in this matter as my money is gone in the drain for buying a nokia handset . your motto was """"Connecting People""""

          I have purchase a nokia mobile of series 7.1 of androidone, please find the below details of purchase as:
          Model name : nokia 7.1

          From the starting date onwards i have an issue with the usage of mobile, it struck every time. On july 7th 2020, there was an issue with charging the device and i have visited the customer care store to resolve it. But my device is under warranty and the customer care executive didn't resolve the charging issue of the device.

          Then i have made several calls to the customer care support and i didn't get any response until today. Now the warranty of the device is going to expire next month and the customer care executive is not resolving the issue. Instead of my several calls they only transfer calls from one person to another rather than solving the issue, which is really pathetic.

          I have used nokia mobile phones in the past too. And due to its good performance i have bought the product again. But a huge disappointment from you guys for that reason i am never going to buy nokia products as well as never going to recommend it to anyone. I am going to forward this message to all social media accounts so that rest one can see the pathetic product as well as service from you guys.

          So disappointed that the dealership and service center have forgotten it is about customer service. I am never going to buy nokia products again and suggest customer support to respect when they are handing over hard earned money.

          Please clarify the following queries:
          1. Why the customer care executive is not responding for a customer query.
          2. If a device is under warranty, then why can't you take the issue and resolve it.

          As per my understanding, the hmd global decided to collect more money even if the device is under warranty. This is the worst service which i have received until now from you.

          Please revert immediately and do the needful.

              Full description: we have a nokia phone 6.1 plus under warranty. We raised a request for repair on which supposedly they arranged a pick up via ecom courier service for delivery of the phone and now it is one month i have no clue where the phone is. The best part is ecom and nokia customer care have the audacity to talk to us rudely and behave in a very unprofessional way. Things like stating "do whatever you want we don't care". I want my phone back and this is such a pathetic performance on nokia and their logistics partner. It is now one month and no one knows where the phone it. It has resulted in mental agony and depression but nothing else.

              I just want my phone back but please look into all the call logs to nokia and we want an action again the people who don't know how to deliver.

              Shame on you nokia to treat your customers like this.

                Nokia 6.1 Plus charging issue is most dominating in these classes of mobile. The centre doesn't consider it under warranty service and always ask for repairable cost. My own phone (Nokia 6.1 plus - charging problem ) has the same problem but Nokia denied giving services. It is after a long time I had started using Nokia mobile. But the kind of mobile and the service centre pathetic resolution has upset me. Further I won't recommend any person or colleague to start using Nokia service as its condition is detroiting day by day.

                  I submitted my phone on 23rd July as my phone screen showing huge black patches and lines. The phone is in warranty and it is not damaged by me so I was expecting a replacement as Nokia commit for Nokia 8 Sirocco model.

                  Now it has been more than 40 days and they are not even telling me the status when can I receive my phone back that too when the phone is in warranty.

                  I have been messaging over the Nokia portal, email, calls, tweeting them but nobody able to share status and not even replying to my messages/emails.

                    My father's phone nokia 7.1 i had a charging problem and the phone was in the guarantee period, i had deposited my phone on 13.08.2020 at nokia service center, jodhpur today, 30.08. It has been 2020 yet my phone has not been corrected, i was given a week's time.in the meantime, i went to the service center twice, but the staff at the service center treated me badly. I am very sorry that even for solving such a small problem in 21st century india, such a big company like nokia took 20 days, my father has been living without a phone for 20 days. I feel very sad i bought a nokia phone.

                      I gave my phone to the nokia repair center "cell care point" in andheri west near andheri station. The problem was in the charging port as it was not charging. When they chacked they say my phone is damaged by liquid and 1800 will be the cost for that. I refused and said i will repair it later on because i knew there was no liquid damage on that phone. When they assembled my phone and gave me back the display and touch was not working properly i reported the same they is said it is because of liquid damage. I took a copy of the worksheet and came home when i plugged it to the charger it i charging and they have mentioned that my phone was liquid damage and that is why my display and touch is not working properly. And on the job sheet they have mentioned that phone has liquid damage and if its damaged by liquid then how charging is working.

                        I had purchased nokia 6.1 plus in the month of oc-2018, lookin to the brand name of nokia. But i am sorry to say in this period twice i have to replace the charging port at my own cost. I think company has to maintain the reputation of brand name.

                              I have a nokia asha 206 mobile phone...
                              I oftenly send songs, 3gp videos and other photos from my android phone to my nokia asha 206 via bluetooth. And there i used to enjoy all thise contents..
                              But from past 3-4 days i am not able to send any type of file to my phone. The notification sound of receiving the file is beeped but the file is no where in the phone.. So what is the problem??
                              I have tried all the methods and tips which i can to recover this problem.. But it is not working only...
                              Can anyone fix this problem?

                                Hi, I'm Rahul from kozhikode, kerala. My father bought Nokia 7.1 mobile 6 months back in January 2020, it still has 6 months warrenty. Everything was fine until 5/8/2020. The phone suddenly doesn't charge beyond 10%, to rectify this problem, we visited nearby Nokia authorised customer service ( i have attached its address below). so, what happened was, the service centre claims that, ' warrenty cannot be issued, because the phone has a small dent on top right corner '(i have attached the same below) i don't know what it has to do with my charging port issue. The claim 1500Rs for changing of charging port, eventhough i have warrenty, it shall be viewed as null because of this small dent. I hope they explain the meaning of warrenty, and what it has to do with my phone's complaint. They are just aiming to null my warrenty, which is my right for free service. I hope i shall get justice and those in the service centre shall face the consequences of their action and poor behaviour.

                                  My nokia 7.1 get restarted often daily from and its in warranty, then i go to nokia gallery on 24th july 2020. They says it has some problem phone will repair till 31st july. They register my complaint under job sheet no.[protected]/200724/004 dated 24/07/2020. When i go to 31/07/2020 to collect my mobile they says till mobile part was not recd its in courier it dispatch from bangaluru will be recd on 3rd august 2020. Then i go today 05/08/2020 still they are saying same part was not recd its in courier. Its dispatch but not recd. Now they says come on saturday. From last 15 days they are not sure when they repair my mobile. I here attach my job sheet copy.

                                    Its been only 6 months since i purchased this device nokia 6.1 plus and from the second month i have the worst nightmares using this device the phone doesn't even charge properly i have to check simultaneously whether the device is charging or not and adjust the charger again and again. Using this device for a few minutes it crashes and restarts again and again. Simply this was my worst decision to choose nokia over other finest products. Worst device ever used.

                                      Have ordered the product on 17th June and was shipped on 23rd june and it was in DC since 24th june.till now didn’t receive the product and it was canceled without my intention.it was an prepaid order. bad quality of response from your customer care support like holding my call for more half an hour.fraud company don’t buy any product from this company. they will collect your cash and canceled the order from their side. Cheaters
