I booked call taxi on 22nd December, 2014. I mentioned that I need a taxi sharp at 7:20 a.m. I got a message that my booking ID is B[protected] and also driver mobile number and cab number. I called the driver thrice at regular interval but the driver never picked up the call and never called back at all. I again called ntl call taxi and told that the driver is not responding so send some other taxi by 7:20 a.m. They said "yes" but I never got any call after that and no one came. Comically, I got a call at 8:40 a.m. from a staff and she asked whether driver came; I explained the scenario and asked her to inform this to her manager and ask him to call me. The girl that she will inform and I will get a call in 2 minutes but I never got a call. This whole process wasted my time and created lots of confusion and frustration within me.
WHATZ THE PROBLEM BEHIND THIS WHETHER NTL ORGANIZATION IS OVER PRESSURISING THE DRIVERS SO THAT THEY ARE STRESSED OUT AND NOT RESPONDING OR THEY HAVE DRIVERS WHO ARE NOT EFFICIENT OR LACK OF COORDINATION BETWEEN STAFF AND DRIVERS OR NO PROPER TRAINING FOR THE STAFFS (WHO ARE ATTENDING CALLS FOR BOOKING, RESOLVING ISSUES, PRESENCE OF MIND, IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND RESOLUTION) OR POOR MANAGEMENT OR NO HIGHER OFFICIALS WHO ARE CAPABLE OF RUNNING THE PROCESS PROPERLY OR NO PROPER WORK CHART OR WHAT ELSE...
