Order NYK[protected]. Guys don't buy health supplements from Nykaa. I ordered Beautywise Collagen powder and i received a counterfeit item. The container was half empty and the packaging is a copy of the original. I always buy directly from beautywise website or Kaya skin clinic store. This time I got from Nykaa and it was fake.I have raised a complaint and asked for refund for which there is no reply. Don't eat the powder in the box because it's fake. Don't buy it from Nykaa. Worse. I feel terrible because I'm a regular customer of Nykaa from so many years and this item is costly. 2799 Rs. It's not only dangerous for health because I cannot trust the ingredients inside this counterfeit health suppliment. Nykaa must directly get beautywise brand items from their company directly instead of suppliers. Because clearly this middle man (dealer) has tampered with the original product and he is delivering Nykaa with fake Beautywise health suppliment drink. I have used the original one so I can differentiate best easily. The entire packaging, powder volume and colour, smell is all misleading. The supplier knows that customer can't return this fake product that's why they did this. Now I'm very pissed off with Nykaa. No one has responded to my messages and they have bad customer service, not ready to reach.
I strictly want my money back and you can take back this box as I won't touch it. I will even complaint to consumer court if my matter is unresolved.
