Complaint marked as Resolved I talked to a customer service but when he was unable to help me he transferred my chat to senior executive. I told her my situation but she kept on saying that she can’t help because i have returned there earlier parcels. If they will send me used products then why will i keep it with myself. Obviously i will return them.
And when i asked her to tell me nykaa business email id she finished the chat without resolving my problem. This was ridiculous behaviour. I want my refund back.
