I have received a letter from Nykaa mentioning that we have won 1, 00, 000 cash prize in a scratch and win lucky draw. The letter is received from Kolkata-: [protected] Helpline number to redeem the prize The person asked for bank account number, IFSC code and account holder name to transfer the money. Mar 10, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Nykaa you might want to take note of this possible scam. How are our contact numbers and addresses being leaked out to scammers and fakers? Note how the letter asks the customer to use only a specific phone number and not Nykaa customer care.
