cheating company money 360000

Address: Ocean pride marine services, pavapuri apt MG cross road, opp GS high school Borivali east, 400101

This company is cheated our money 360000. For marchant navy job. They take full money that is 360000 and all document and also passport but they didn't do any work about job. We also complaint near police station but no any solution get from police this case is done 6 month but no any positive results get from police side. Now what can we do pls suggest how can i get our money back. We are medium class people we are paying just 20k bank...

Address: 102-B/A wing, Pavapuri apartments,MG cross road, Oppsosite GH high school,Borivali East, Mumbai, 400066, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400066

I’m a Third officer in Merchant navy. I received an email from ocean pride services whose office Address is 102-B, Pavapuri apartment, Borivali East, Mumbai.saying that they have urgent requirement for a vacancy. In the email they also put false details showing that they have Valid RPSL number from DG shipping of India but it was been canceled by the shipping ministry due to their negligence in recruiting mariners.
They took my Passport...
