Ocean's Pride Marine Services — cheating company money 360000

This company is cheated our money 360000. For marchant navy job. They take full money that is 360000 and all document and also passport but they didn't do any work about job. We also complaint near police station but no any solution get from police this case is done 6 month but no any positive results get from police side. Now what can we do pls suggest how can i get our money back. We are medium class people we are paying just 20k bank interest.
