I had purchased Ola electric scooter S1 Air on 17-sep-2023 from ola app, I got the order id: OET-[protected]-HDV835 as the estimated date of delivery is 18-Oct-2023.
On 22-Sep- 2023, Ola done a general insurance of my purchased scooter and dispatched scooter from Ola future factory but till date i am not get the delivery of purchased Ola scooter.
On 26-Sep-2023, I visited the Ola Experience center in Mohali Punjab to know the status of the delivery of Ola Scooter, but the sales person said me that we will deliver your scooter on or after the estimated date.
My complaint is that why Ola Electric done the i general insurance of Ola scooter before delivery of scooter, If they deliver my scooter on or after 18-Oct-2023 my insurance days are past nearly one month who compensate these days of insurance, it is totally wrong did by Ola Electric with me and all there customer.
There is two ways of compensate these days:
Deliver Scooter with the 10 days of insurance done.
Return the money of insurance days past.
