[Resolved]  Ola Electric — Refund of booking amount

My booking id is- oet-[protected]-zeq365 dt- 24/10/2022. The same was cancelled on 12/12/2023. The company website says that refund is successful but i have not received the same. I have written many mails since the last 3 months to them for refund-- reply received is that -- your query is acknowledged and case number 02093085 has been created for the same. There is no possibility of contact to them by phone, service center here says they are unable to do anything. And my amount is still pending.
