Dear sir, User ID: 74062624 I was on the process of kyc and during the selfie one of my relatives mistakenly put his face on the selfie procedure, and i even ask the consultant on how to redo it but all they reply me was steps to submit kyc, And there was no button to redo the selfie procedure so at last i thought of submitting it with the wrong selfie thinking it might ask me to retake the selfie as it was a wrong selfie but no they accept it and guess after sometime they blocked my account. I had 366usd without bonuses and they only refunded me 59.78usd saying its according to the rules and whatsoever.
