[Resolved]  Olymp Trade — Deposit not credited into live trading account

I've done a deposit of 500$ on 14-Feb-2020 And the amount is not yet credited to my live trading account. I don't know what happened to my money. I have raised an email on support ids but emails is not delivered to them and getting inbox full message.

Attaching all the transaction proof.
Please resolve my issue ASAP.

We are informing you that depositing an account using the UPI method usually takes from 1 to 36 hours for the amount to get successfully credited to a live account. According to the applied screenshot, the deposit was transferred from your payment method to a trading account on February 14, at 13:38. Please note that from the moment you have deposited your funds 36 hours have not passed yet.

If 36 hours have passed from the moment a transaction is executed, kindly contact our support team, our specialists will help you speed up the resolution process by creating a task for a finance department. In this case, kindly provide our support team with a screenshot of your payment from your UPI account (UPI ID, amount, date, and time of the transaction should be visible). Once our support team receives your screenshot, our specialists will immediately contact our finance team. Your patience is highly appreciated. I am using olymtrade since 5 years but this is first time happen with me that I have deposit 3000 INR via UPI money is debited from bank but still it is not deposited on my olymtrade account.
