[Resolved] Olymp Trade — I can't switch from MT4

I recently opened an account with Olymp Trade. So far so good, I have traded on the MT4 trading platform. But as far as I know, a brokerage also has its own trading platform, and judging by the reviews it's quite good. But for some reason I can't trade on it, I can't switchrom MT4. Is there any way I can do that, maybe there is some kind of instruction? Or should I open a separate account for another trading platform? Because it wouldn't be very convenient, I would like to continue trading on my old account, only on a different trading platform. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Oct 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Oh, thank you for the clarification! I did not think it was possible. I started looking for some complicated ways to switch to another trading platform. It turns out that everything was much more straightforward in solving my issue. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
