[Resolved] Olymp Trade — I have a question

Hello. I have a question. They promised me a bonus, but when i funded account, they didn’t want to withdraw my money + registration bonus. I've already completed two transactions, but they don't allow me to withdraw the bonus, referring to the fact that i cannot withdraw them only my profit. Why is this so? Nov 30, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Sorry to hear that. I've run through the rules written on the website again and I see my mistake now. Bonus was not really promised to be withdrawable. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 25, 2019 Olymp Trade Customer Care's response Hi! The bonus itself can not be withdrawn. It is a sort of safety airbag for trader, when they run out of money. You can use bonus for trading and then withdraw the profit gained with its help. Unused bonus id debited from an account, when you withdraw funds. Best regards, Olymp Trade team.

Why, with the promised multi-platform, there is no application for Windows Phone? I can’t trade normally from my device, is it really impossible to make an application not only for Apple and Android, but also to think about users of less popular phones?

Right now we have only applications for Android and IOs. You can trade in mobile browser of your device, all platform functions are available there for you.
