[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Scammed

I have been scammed by Olymptrade, I had deposited 10 dollars, after some days I wanted to withdraw the money, now it's close to 2 months and my money is yet to be refunded. When I complain I get a message saying that the concerned department is looking into it. If the concerned department takes so long to solve the issue, just fire them. I'm not at all happy with the dealings of Olymptrade and to top it off they brag saying they got a certificate from a financial company. I don't know what type of finance company is this?
