Still my issue isn't resolved. They are saying some lame reasons and declining my verification. Please help
They are saying that the documents which I submitted were digitally altered. Scanned images must be like that only. Which they aren't listening. And help me to get my funds back

What a funny idea you are giving! Do you think I didn't get in touch with your claims team! I've contacted your kyc team, claims team via email. But still now, no response from your side. I even asked your support executive to schedule a callback from your manager. And it's been 4 days, I haven't received one
It's been another 10 days. I didn't received a callback! Whether you guys help me to resolve the case or should I face it legally!
