[Resolved] Olymp Trade — Why do I need to choose another payment method?

Recently I have been working with this company and in general I was satisfied with the conditions that are provided here. From day one I chose the Advanced account type, because I already have some experience and even have a ready-made portfolio, which consists of strategies that I know quite well. I have already received withdrawals twice. Now that I want to make another withdrawal they say I need to choose another payment method and they can't withdrw the amount that big to my credit card. Ok, I do have a Skrill account as well, but why do I have to face these difficulties? Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Nov 19, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Thank you for your answer. I have no complaints about the service at Olymp Trade. And I've already withdrawn the money. So, I just didn't understand the situation. Olymp Trade customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
