Repair of our TV –

Dear Sir,
I had purchased the afore-mentioned TV on 11th November, 2020 from your authorized Seller M/s. OmniTechRetail and it was delivered to me and installed at my place on 12th November, 2020. I had purchased this TV by paying a sum of Rs.21, 999+500 i.e. Rs.22, 499. I had also paid a sum of Rs.2, 000 towards 2 years extended warrant as per details given below :

On 3rd August, 2023 i.e. 3 months before the expiry of the afore-mentioned extended warranty, I had made a complaint to your company about misfunctioning of the TV as it was only giving audit output and there was no video showing on the screen. On 5th August, 2023, one Mr. Ajit Madhukar Pawar was assigned the job for repair of my TV vide Case ID No. JCRO-8PV8WU-F3K75J-AGI8J8-Z3RXQHJ. Mr. Ajit Madhukar Pawar visited our place, opened the TV and clicked the photographs of our TV and its inner part and left by saying that the panel of the TV needs to be changed. Thereafter, I had received the following email/message from your company :
Alert: Repair Claim Registered
Your request to repair led tv under warranty ID, CLEWV[protected] has been successfully registered under the claim ID JCRO-8PV8WU-F3K75J-AGI8J8-Z3RXQHJ
A technician will be allotted within 11/08/2023.
However, despite repeated reminders, no one from your company has visited my place nor any replacement of TV or any part thereof is provided to me.
I am, therefore, writing this email to you to bring to your kind notice about the pendency of repair of my TV as on the date of this mail. Please note that already one month has elapsed since the date of complaint and no concrete action is taken by your company in regard to the repair of my TV. You are once again requested to take the necessary steps to repair my TV on urgent basis failing which I have no other option but to take this issue to the consumer court.
