I have ordered oneplus Z2 with ANC NECKBAND it worth 1999/- INR. But I have received oneplus Z2 without ANC. I have called customer care they said to complaint nearest store. It's been 45 days ago, still now there is no response. Please help me by refunding my money....

I visited One plus store for Display issue which is universal now and been informed on One plus 11R mobile exchange in lieu of Display change and registered my number for the same. Sunday i got an appointment for mobile exchange and the staff denied on mobile exchange for me across the counter and i asked for the reason. My mobile had an motherboard issue during my warranty period which got repaired in one plus authorized service center located...
