Onecard — Refund my FD amount

This is Bhawna writing this message to inform you that I am not getting my refund since 17th of June and even no one is replying to email as well after too many email reminders.
I want you to look into this matter seriously and refund my FD amount at the earliest.
I want to closed one card account but since then no one is replying and updating me about my refund or update me about to closed my account or not.
The company assured that the amount will be refunded with 5- 7 days but since its been 5 days i haven't received any refund so please do initiate it.
