I received Oneplus One with box on 12th Jan, 2015 which i orderred from amazon.in website
Within 7 days of delivery my handset mic and network issue started,
On 19th Jan, 2015 I visited customer service centre,
Add: HCL Tower, Ground Floor, Plot no. 360, Marol. Military Road, Marol, Andheri(E), Mumbai, Maharashtra,
When I told them regarding this problem and told to replace as it will make an issue later in future then they said that before delivery when I booked for Oneplus one on amazon.in on 10th Jan, 2015 is gone.
but debate is when I received my handset from that day onwards 7 days must count,
when I warned to service centre regarding this issue to complaint on consumer forum, they said whatever you do that is not their concerned.
I appeal for the justice to customer who is facing problem,
I spent my whole saving for this mobile.

Look for justice and expect for positive result,
