OnePlus India — Audio problem in oneplus one mobile

Hi Oneplus Team,

I'm using oneplus one for last couple of months. Now i'm facing audio problem in oneplus one mobile. When playing music in music player or video player, audio is not working. When restart the mobile, its working fine. But its getting fed up for me to restart every time. So pls anyone help me to overcome this issue. Attached the screen shot
