I'm going through the exact same thing. I had gone to the showroom cum service centre at Park Street, Kolkata. There, when I explained my situation, same as you, I was told nothing can be done about it, throw it, really? I paid the extra bucks for OnePlus buds so that it can be a safe bet in the name of earbuds, long lasting, good after sales, but unfortunately, OnePlus apparently believes in throwing away the device once it malfunctions after the warranty period, instead of repairing options. Very disappointing.

Im having the same issue.i think one plus devices only stays for one year. They wont service it and tell us to throw away .pathetic service
i also too experience with my Oneplus 7pro(52k cost) Qualcomm crash dump mode as well as oneplus buds pro(10k cost) discharging very quick(charging time came around 20min two buds after full charging). Mobile care told that board problem cost around 27k. So what to do
