OnePlus India — Front camera Damaged in authorised service center while replacing new screen

Recently I met with an accident, my One plus 7 phone's screen got damaged but it was slightly working, I went to Authorised service center (MEOP SOLUTIONS, BELGAUM) to replace new screen, after they replaced the screen, I saw that my front camera's quality is changed, when I asked service center guys, they denied it and said it's not their problem🤷... disgusting service was provided.
I want my front camera to work good, please help me to get it done.🙏
