I am GSN MURTHY from the country INDIA. I am most oneplus trusted customer. I have been using mobiles oneplus brand only.
Earlier I have purchased oneplus 5T and after using a couple of years, later on purchased oneplus 8T.
I have very confidence on the performance of oneplus mobiles.
Whereas recently I have received software update in the first week of March'23. After update my mobile screen showing green vertical line. This very much disturbed me mentally. When I contacted the nearby service centre this simply saying reasons to not resolve the issue. They are not at all taking any replacement of display and searching reasons to avoid the replacement.
I think you people know how this green lines are coming, due to software update or because of handling damage you people know clearly. But saying silly reasons like scratch and denting and may be you are handling phone in better way like that.
This is not at all fair. For a common man buying smart phone with minimum Rs. 50, 000/-is very high. Just you people sending useless updates without any R&D and conducting experiments on customer mobiles.
I will go to consumer court on this issue if you not resolved this problem to me. I mentally depressed because of this issue. Myself I am photography freak. That's why I purchased Oneplus and now I am sad to say that these high knowledge people like you are spoiling the dreams of common people like me.
Very sad and shame of Oneplus.
Because of this, oneplus may faith & credibility.
Expecting right justice from you by reading this.
