I have purchased one One plus 43" TV through flip kart on 31st July 2022, which was delivered on timed due date 8th August 2022 thanks for delivering on time.
While coming to installation of TV the installation due date was on 10th August 2022, but till now no service representative / technician have approached location for installation. Whenever i have raised complaint for installation through flip kart every time they were giving the apologies and giving us the new date for installation. As per conversation with flip kart customer care today is the last date for installation i.e., 06.09.2022 but till now we haven't received any communication. As you can notice that one month got delayed for installation such a shame for a good MNC company reputation.
Whenever we contact flip kart customer care they were suggesting us to install by third party and flip kart will provide me Rs. 500 for an installation. But warranty card will not be provided if we install through third party.
Kindly sort out the issue as we not at all interested to install through third party as well as i am not at all interested for in reimbursement of installation charges Rs. 500.
