I purchased a newly launched Onepluse Ce3lite mobile phone on April 23. This phone is under warranty. Suddenly, its camera is not working. I went to the service centre after 2 1/2 hours of waiting, and the service centre executive told me that they don't have inventory. They said to come back after one week to repair your phone. I went after one week again, and then they said my mobile was bent, so they charged me everything I had to pay for bent repair, camera, and display. If my phone is under warranty, why should I pay?
