We purchased one plus tv through amazon in february 2022, it display is not working from the mid of feb 2022, screen have full of lines, no picture coming. Immediately we call amazon and informed them, they told they will raise complaint with one plus and we will be getting call for that . After a couple of days, we call amazon again and they were asking me to call one plus and they were telling that they are not responsible for that.
nxt day we call one plus team, they were telling taht they will be replacing the panel but not TV and they are telling that its been 30 days so there is no replacement. we have logged compalint with amazon within 20 days of purchase and one plus team are not considering that date. they were telling continously that there is no replacement and even they cant escalate the issue nor tranfer the call to higher management.
They sent technician to home and he also suggested us to take new tv or ask for refund. same has been informed but of no use.
Within a month it is damaged then how can we trust that it will come for long duration, we trust the brand and brought it. But after purchase no one is giving correct reply.
We want refund the money or replace the TV with new one. We spend 26K for this and this not a small amount for us. Was this information helpful? |
