It seems like they have opened this insurance company to make easy money and fool people…my husband’s phone slipped from his hand and screen got damaged last week. As we had this accidental insurance which we purchased for one plus 5 phone, we raised ticket for the insurance claim. Insurance team took 4 days to call us and that too after multiple follow up with oneplus customer care. A lady named sonia called from the insurance team and ask just one or two questions and said that she will update the claim status on their app.in the evening we got the message that claim has been rejected with all the reasons which she never discussed. She created all the fake reasons to reject the claim, just to score few points on her score card and save few bucks of her company. Even after this when today morning we requested a call back from insurance company to understand the reason, nobody called back.
I wonder how such a big company like one plus have a tie up with such a fraud insurance company. It's very disappointing and frustrating. Was this information helpful? |
