I have purchased Oneplus tv from Flipkart, on last year 16th October 2021. The display issue started from 27th July 2022. I have contacted customer care and they sent technician to check and he checked and informed the display issue. We are not able to open the TV, its showing black screen only. TV display has some manufacturing issues, need to be replaced. I asked the assistance from Customer care. It's been more than a month now and they are saying they have not received the TV display in Ranchi, so they are not coming and replacing . I don't know how much time it takes to do the repair and what about the customer loss in that period. very poor customer service. Cheap quality, Low quality Product of Oneplus india. Totally De-satisfied by Oneplus India.
They have escalated the case and case number is[protected],
still nothing is happening and they are saying they have not received the TV display and stock is pending from long time. If repair is not possible with in some week then replace the TV with in week. Was this information helpful? |
