OnePlus India — Oxygen OS is crashing

Recently I bought one plus CE3 lite 8/128 variant, with Android version 13 and Oxygen OS 13.1. Now I set up a work profile in it and when I am trying to open my work profile app / official apps for my work it keeps crashing and not solving any way I have restarted my phone still it's not solving. I am traveling and have no other device to connect to office mail or something. Now It's hampering my job. OnePlus is the worst and most pathetic software. I need a proper solution without losing my data.
