I had bought a new Oneplus One device on 19th December 2014 via amaon.in.
My phone screen started behaving weirdly and went in an infinite loop after a month o[censored]se. I somehow managed to switch off my phone. I went to the service center and gave them my phone for repairing on 29th January 2015. After a week I asked for the progress in the matter and the service personal told me that you will be given a new phone as your device is faulty. Since then I have been making endless calls to the OnePlus One service center at HCL Tower, Ground Floor, Plot
no. 360, Marol Military Road, Marol, Andheri (E), Mumbai-400059. They Service call centres fools me every week saying that I will receive a call in a week and says our shipments are delayed and so new phones and parts are not available.I find this reason absurd as amazon carries on flash sales every week to sell new phones .
The company is thus cheating the current customers by not addressing their complaints and service issues.
