The same here ... The microphone is not working. It just stopped from one moment to the next. And since then I raised two tickets and jumped through all the stupid hoops the have thrown at me (they want a video of a not working microphone - are you kidding me?)
So although I sent them a video, all I get are standardized responses saying that I need to send a video or a picture of the problem - and 2 days later the ticket is closed and marked as solved and the next day an email arrives, asking me to evaluate their customer service?
This is a joke and I cannot express how annoyed I am with this company by now! They are clearly denying customer support and I guess trying to make time until my warranty has expired !
I have found several stated problems with the Microphone of the one plus one, so this can't be a new or unknown issue to the customer support - And still they play dumb!
Ankit, what did they tell you regarding your mic Problem? They admitted a hardware fault and promised to repair it? How did you get a response in the first place? Would like to get as much info about this as you can share, highly appreciated.
