I had raised a complaint on the above said date for my split AC not working and since then no engineer has called our tried to contact us to rectify the problem. I faced the issue during installation as well and I had to write to the CEO's office and only then they responded. I have been put through a lot of mental stress. In spite of several reminders to their customer service they have not responded. I request you to help....

We filed a complaint on 30/5/2019 and there is no action taken yet. the company keeps lying to us by telling it will come today and its been more that 3 weeks already. I have complained several times. Technician visited to check my ac and informed that swing motor is to be changed. Nearly one month has passed, i have contacted customer care and service centre frequently but no positive response received, so far. Even wrong/false messages are being sent to me such as,

Technician made a visit on 23/24 th may 2019 saying ac is working and then had problems again. I called them after complaint they visited again on 3rd june 2019 raising issue compressor issue and left without response and intimation.. And getting job report signed from the customer saying that the company will contact next day 4th june 2019, i have got no response till date. The product is under warranty and yet hesitant to replace the compressor....

When, i switched on ac, then some cooling acuring, for 15-20 minutes after that ac blowes hot air, and there after some time our door unit fan also stops.
Some time's after switched on, ac, out door fan does not start moving.

Sir i bought onida tv in jan 2019. Before 15 day's it's not working properly then i was complete of that then costumer executive was come and just see that tv and went. After 4 day's he was closed my complaint without inform me and told there i never ready for pay.. He told totally lie i didn't told that.. The service head has confirmed that company stopped manufacturing my model WC so he said that no chance to give spare. Hi onida services,
I bought ac from flipkart. It was installed by onida however did not worked even for 4 hrs and lost all gas.
It seems your installation engineers were illiterate. Let them not tell engineer because onida send labour to install ac. Who don't even know the job!
Later one more rubbish labour comes from your company and just close the service complain resulting ac not working from last 10 days.
