Orra Diamond Jewellery — Regarding refund of advance payment collected against ring

I have booked one ring through your store situated at UG-7/LG-7, Saphire Heights, 12 A.B. Road, Scheme #54, Indore (M.P.) PIN 452001 and made an advance payment of Rs. 5000/-(Rupees Five thousand Only) against the said ring and the balance payment of Rs. 15, 481.54/- was required to be paid in installments.

I have communicated several times with your sales executive Ms Varsha to collect the balance payment but she told me that currently our stores are not open due to Corona and she will collect the balance payment as soon as the situation gets normal.

After some time when I approached Mrs Varsha calling her mobile number [protected], I was surprised to know that her mobile number was not in service. Then, I visited the store at the above-given address and again I was shocked to see that the store was closed without any information to customers.

I was not expecting such type of behavior from a professional organization like yours. Your act of collecting the amount and closing the store without any information to customers is not only a deficiency in services but also comes under the act of cheating and forgery with the customers.

Now, I want my payment back along with interest @18% per annum as well as compensation of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- for mental harassment.
