[Resolved]  Orra Diamond Jewellery — Bad behaviour and lateness in deliver

My order number is #[protected] #[protected] and [protected] while taking the order orra people were very quick to take the payment nd promised delivery after 17th may.. But now they are saying that they cant ship the product s even after government has given nod to all ecom business to resume operations.. But only orra is not shipping.. Also when i asked thay if i cancen my order by when i ll recieve my refund thay say that der will be delay nd not before the lockdown.. Previously when i asked them for dimensions of product and pricebreak up they refused that also... Also the customer care is not polite.. Why customers always have to go through this? I m thinking of taking some strict action and not going to purchase anything from them in future.
