Orra Diamond Jewellery — the poorest exchange or buy back

So i brought a diamond ring worth of 19000 in 2012 from orra, noida. After 7 years, i went to orra, gurgaon store and they gave me the buyback of right 19000 or exhange rate of 21000. This means either i paid way too much for this ring in year 2012 or they are giving way too less for this ring in 2019. And they have no well explanation of this cost evaluation. No wonder company is not doing that great.
