Sub:Non refund of amount payed for hotel accommodation

Ref:Kumaria Presidency booking confirmation reference no HKP[protected] dtd16.08.2012

It is confirmed and agreed by ezeecloud services to provide refunded amount via confirmation email.
again one email has come that we have disbursed your refund amount,but till date we have not received any amount or feedback.
