Respected Sir, I, No 15361441X Ex Hav (ACP NBSUB) Unnikrishnan Nair P retired from Corps of Signals on 01 Feb 2012. It is intimate that the official letters are posted to me from Signals Records (NER Group) are not showing my house name. In this fact, the letters are not recd or redirected by postal authorities. The OIC, ECHS MEG Bangalore is not signing my Temporary ECHS card, stating that, I should get a copy of my wife’s name change and DOB change part Ii order copy. The same is held with Sigs records, as the copy was not sent to me while they only sent the covering letter for having published the said changes about my spouse Name & DOB. All required proof/documents were already provided to Signals records during the year 2018 and thus part II order to this effect was published. May I therefore, request you to kindly guide me and help me in getting the said part Ii order copy and send it through email duly scanned, followed by courier (hard copy) . My ECHS application was submitted/verified during Feb 2020 and so far am not able to get treatment for my ailing wife. This is mainly because of not having the said part II order copies. I have also approached the district soldier board, they in turn have told that they will take up issue & write to signasl records, but in vain, so far, no any reply received.
