Issue-
Wife of ex-servicemen Bhanti Devi is applying for family pension after the death of her husband. Her date of birth is not mentioned in the PPO. When she is trying to apply with her Aadhar Card and Pan card as proofs of her date of birth. Her file is called as incomplete on the basis of the point that her date of birth does not match with the date of birth mentioned in the records. But there is no date of birth mentioned in the records. Moreover Bhanti Devi can not apply for change of date of birth in Aadhar because the date of birth can be changed only once which she has already got changed.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible as she is in dire need of her family pension for her survival.
