SIGNALS RECORDS, JABALPUR — Non payment of Disability Element_PPO DE/012012/2007

Dear Sir,
Ref PPO No. DE/012012/2007 & DE/CORR/013090/2010.

With reference to the above PPO, the disability element of pension not yet been paid to me by the Former ALLAHABAD BANK branch wef 1st August 2006 to Mar 2011(CPPC establishment date), CPPC Allahabad bank from April 2011 till date. The said PPO not been migrated to SPARSH.

Instead of the DE, SPARSH is paying me monthly medical allowance Rs. 1000/- which is not entitled me should be discontinued immediately.

The matter has taken up multiple times with Allahabad bank beldanga branch, Allahabad bank head quarter Calcutta, Signals records, CDA but found every department had written one letter to their immediate lower office with an instruction for immediate payment but till now disability element of pension has not been paid to me.

Please take suitable action regarding payment for arrears of disability element through SPARSH
