Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that on 22 May 22 I placed an online order of fruits and vegetables through your app and made my payment through Citibank credit card proof attached below for your reference.
The order delivery time was shown from 10 AM to 10 PM on next day
i.e. 23 May 22. After payment the order placed successfully was displayed on app order details. The wallet displays was shown for 25 rupees by your support and rupees 500.00 through online payment.
On 23 May 22 mobile communication received from otipi agent enquiring the delivery address correctness. Audio files of the communication has been attached with this mail. After the communication when checked on app updates regarding the order despatch, to the astonish it was found neither my wallet credit amount nor my active order details are not visible.
In other online shopping app this type of fraudulent activity never take place.
When customer care was approached there was no call facilities, only number game. Next contacted Mr. Yash Chugh he assured he will resolve the issue. But did nothing till now. WhatsApp msg attached. This is not atall a site of belief, not genuine.
Request please investigate and take necessary action.
