Problem in starting the tv

Customer care issues panasonic tv

Please do not buy any more panasonic items. Customer service is screwed up. I have raised complaint # r[protected] dated 03.12.2016 time 09.15 am. While raising they said it will be taken care in 24 hrs. Its been 72 hrs neither it got rectified nor got a call. No support at all. I managed to get the local contact in bangalore which is much worse. They didnt bothered to check the facts. They were talking about only their monetary benefits...

We have raised request, after investigation service engineer responded that need to change panel.
