I had applied for pan card where in i deposited rs399 for the fee. But in due course of time i got it for rs 150. Now it was requested to refund my deposit into my account where from it was debited to ur account. The complaint stands submitted since long but no refund is initiated up to this date.

    I was applied to new pan card of my father. Also i was paid 107rs. Online and also send documents by speed post. But not yet generated my pan. No.
    So please do the needful.

            Dear sir

            I had applied for pan card for my son anay mandal before 6 months. But the company is neither sending me pan card nor intomating me the status of pan card. I have already paid fees online and also send the documents by post as required by the company and still i am not getting any update regarding the same. Every time i am mailing them, they are telling we are looking into it. Does it take this much time just to make a pan card.

                        Dear team,
                        I have applied for pan card from this website. (Panind - rigaroeworks llp)
                        They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                        I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

                          I am sudarshan baral updated my dob change request online. Payment done through phone pe for 499 rs. Bu in the pan india portal it is not completed. It again asking payment. When i communicate with phone pe team. They told it is already send to merchant. Those transaction details are attached here.
                          Pfb the bank transaction details get through sms from bank :

                          "rs 499.00 debited from a/c *2716 on 20-06-20 to vpa applypanindia. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report"

                          Please refund 499 the same if payment process not completed.

                          Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                      Hello sir/madam,

                                      I have applied for name correction on pan card for my wife on 27th feb 2020 with charges 499/- inr.
                                      Till now i have not received any update on this.
                                      My application status 'ko-[protected]cr' showing as "your application has been expired." without any update in this lockdown period.
                                      Panind company doing fraud to customers. They are just charging money but not providing any services.

                                      Please help me on this issue to get my money refund.
