Your call centre is useless. They do not answer calls. We are made to hold on for 3 to 4 minutes and nobody comes on line.. Post that the call automatically gets disconnected.

    I applied for pancard mistakenly on 03/03/2020 so I want to cancel it they said that they will inform me on 12 hours but I had submitted my query but no one have replied yet.I want refund as soon as possible. I had paid Rs. 499 as the fees of company. Inspite that they had may take. Any action .Please get this problem resolved as soon as possible. This is our hard earned money and we don't want to waste it like this.

    Dear Applicant,

    As requested, PAN Application amount has been refunded.

    Request ID : [protected]. Amount Refunded : 499.00

    Amount would be credited within 3-7 working days.

    As per our records, we have never received any Refund requests from the Applicant so we could not have acted upon the same. There would not have been a complaint had the applicant directly approached the company related to any issues.

    I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.350/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!
    I had submitted all the documents for name change in pan card to Panind.

    But after 3 months when i asked for the update they are asking me to send the documents again..

    I need the refund amount if they can not help update my pan card.

    Please let me know what needs to be done.

      I have submitted my application since 10 days and even sent hard copy of documents and form through courier. You guys replied you didn’t receive so i sent courier details which shows recd on 24th feb. I doubt you guys can help me to apply pan its better please send me my money ₹499/- back to my bank account through which i paid. Please look into this matter and issue me a refund

        I want to cancel my application and get refund as soon as possible. I checked after sometime that i paid more for pan services and thus want to cancel. Rs 499 is too much for applying for pan, it's only around rs 100 on the official site..
        I only got a auto-generated email when i tried to email from google. Their [protected]@panind.com doesn't even exist. How am i supposed to contact them?

            I had a bad experience with customer care service.

            I've applied for the pan card in your site and i've made the payment through net banking but now i want to cancel the application for some reason. Pleased refund my payment of rs 499/-. Your site is asking for soft copy of the application form. I don't have enough time to all activity. So please, cancel my pan card registration process.

              I opted for pancard application service from panind.com and filled the online form and done the payment of 499 rupees. After 1 hour i requested the cancellation of the service to [protected]@panind.com. I didn't got any response till now. According to the company's terms and conditions, i am eligible to get refund. Please help me to get the issue resolved and get the refund.

                I had applied for pan card online on panind. They charged me 499, which is too much for a pan card. I dont know why they have charged me this much.

                    I had applied for the pancard through panind.com on 14 th february 2020. They charged 499 rupess. However i learned that the price was unusually high for a pancard and that they has unsatisfied customers with pancard application issues. So i had emailed them with all the details of transaction, requesting a refund but all i got was an autogenerated reply. I emailed again but no response from their side yet.

                        Hi I have applied for the correction in my PAN card and they have charged me 499/- wherein on actual NSDL site they are charging 110/-

                        Further, i have applied on 15th Feb and put the cancellation of Request on same day however they have replied me on email that i will be getting partial refund not full refund. (As per them i have requested for refund after 3 days whereas i have requested on same day)

                        Their phone lines never active it always gives engage tone.

                          I have not received my PAN Card yet. And they have all my information. They also charged me for 500 rupees and never gave it back. Also they didn’t respond to any of my mails.

                                On 16 feb. I applied for online pan registration. Paid the money, however due to certain problems being faced on my aadhar name enrolment, i could not go for further steps such as - sending you the row documents.                                   I have applied an online application for pan card but you are charging more amount and the process is late and I have no time to go to post office and post the hard copy and I have applied an another application outside so please process my request of cancellation of my order and refund my money as soon as possible u 'r charging 499 but outside it is only 250 so pls cancel my order and refund my money back

UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                    I have been charged 499 for pan;it is costly and high charges;i want cancel my request and refund my money as soon as possible;i am feeling disappointed right now ;it's unexpected and unacceptable;kindly resolve this issue;i think we should do our work with honesty as honesty is the best policy ;how can u charge more fee;it's shameful you are cheating with customers

                                      I applied for pan card correction from this website and they charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                                      I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

                                      Also i found lot of complains regarding this they do not provide any service and is a scam.

                                        My acknowledgement number is BH-[protected]CR and sent documents two time, they ware saying the did not receive the documents, i sent the blue-dart status screen shot to them in mail, guy names Ganesha has received both the packages, still not processed, no calls connect to customer care and rarely replay to emails .

                                        I am making correction of my pan, for withdrawing my PF amount, I am suffering from deviated septum,

                                        I can not even breath, until have to go through surgery, and even I told this story to those ppl in email, no body cares, my treatment is postponing just because these ppl and I am in hell because these ppl are are lazy to process my application, in total i have sent 21 emails, i got replay for 4 emails. saying wait for some time .

                                        and to withdraw my earned money for years, m i have to beg these ppl .

                                        Talking about digital India, look how our govt Organisations works, does not care about anyone else, and our govt is trying to control stuffs in private sector .
