        I filled application for pan card in panind.com website. I came to know that it is a fraud company. I payed 500 rupees for application. Government is charging less money than this website. My demand is to cancel my application and money is to be refunded.

          I have received mail like below asking for re sending documents which i have sent again and till now there is no response

          We have found the following issues in your pan application form due to which we have kept the application on hold from further procesing.

          Discrepancies
          * incorrect/improper annexure a
          Annexure-a received is incomplete due to photo missing / attestation of gazetted officer missing / incorrect details mentioned.

          Annexure a (Format attached) in original attested by a gazetted officer/mp/mla/municipal councillor is to be provided. Attestation required on photo and at the bottom. Govt office id copy of attester / issuer is mandatory.

          * discrepancy in application

          - father name correction proof not submitted.
          Initials in name on annexure a is not accepted

          Proofs accepted

          Aadhar card has been accepted for address proof dob proof

          Resolutions

          Provide us an id proof in which correct and complete name is written without any initials.
          Please provide annexure a in original with the govt office id card copy of issuing officer via speedpost/courier for further processing.

          Suggestions

          - kindly send valid proof of applicant having correct father name as per application such as voter id card, passport, driving licence, 10th mark-sheet having full father name.
          - kindly send us correct annexure-a in original attested by gazetted officer / mp/ mla/ municipal counselor along with govt. Office id copy of attested.

                    It’s pathetic nd disappointing to see.
                    I have emailed you a lot many times haven’t recieved anything. Calling number isn’t getting connected just saying all are busy and it’s been more than 20 days i have sent you pan card form. No support service no helpline just harassment of customer.
                    Above that other platforms are charging only 109inr they are charging 499.

                      Panind — application is not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applicants.

                      I applied for the pan card online on 6th march 2020 and then sent the supporting documents and original form to the office of panind when i checked my status today it said “application not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications.”
                      I was supposed to receive my pan card within 7-8 days, i understood there is a problem with my application.
                      Shall i wait for my pan card or i need to do any thing to get urgently.
                      I also paid rs.500 online for this application because i expected a fast and easy service.
                      But now i am highly disappointed.

                      Actually i have applied for new pancard card where they have charged me 499 whereas originally it is around 110 by government...they are actually cheating on us, and then too after application fill they don't provide pancard...

                        This is Sai Krishna Peri, applied for a pan card photo, address & signature change 2 months ago haven't received any inputs on this. They have charged my money but failed to respond in every aspect, I really wonder is this a real genuine source or a scam because I didnt receive any response for any sort of mails.

                        For the last mail which I received last month is that they issued a coupon number for tracking and sent to the ITR itseems. I really wonder where exactly I need to track that number for?

                          I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                                    My pannumber is aygpt0196g and i have applied for date of birth and address correction on december 2019, i have paid and send the valid documents along with form to your head office, yet i haven't received my modified pancard because of that i can't link with aadhar.                                       I had applied for pan card online on panind. They charged me 499, which is too much for a pan card. As i had seen at nsdl website, they charged 100rs.

                                      I don't know why they have charged 400rs extra.

                                      I just want to cancel the pan card, and get my money back.

                                      Please help me with helpline number where i can lodge my compaint and get the required help as soon as possible.

                                      I already sent mail with the registered mail id regarding refund but they are not responding the mail for extra charges of 400rs.

                                        I have applied for pan card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. I have sent my all documents by courier but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 499 inr but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. I have not complaint for money but i have complaint for their poor services. Please do needful action against them.

                                        I was charged 499rs instead of 100rs while raising a request of changing signature in my pan card by the payment gateway of Panind.
                                        Request to please refund the charge of 499rs as I'm not willing to change any information on my pan card.

                                        Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
