I have participatd in Parimatch’s shares several times, but the bonus systems seems unclear and opaque!!! Bonuses don’t always come, and there’s no explanation why?!!!

I contacted the support team to clarify the terms of the bonus program. They explained how bonuses are calculated and helped me understand the process. Now I understand how to participate in promotions and track bonuses.

    I reported the problem to Help Desk and they confirmed that it was a temporary failure on the side of the streaming provider. As compensation I was awarded live bonuses, and now the streamers work without delay.

      Refunded account via bank card on the site Parimatch, money from the card was debited, but not received in the game account. For several days I have been tryng to solve the problems through suports!!!

      After several calls in support, it turned out that my transaction was stalled during the bank’s confirmation process. The casino helped me to clear up the bank and the money was successfully credited to my gaming account.

        After reboting the page in one of the Parimatch slots my balance was zero, and all moneys that was in the account disapeared without a trace!!!

        I immediately contacted support and provided pre- and post-crash screenshots. Checked and returned funds to my balance. The problem was due to a short-term server failure.

            Wrote in support with the question about the delay of payment. It turned out that my bank takes more time to process the transaction. It was explained to me, and after 48 hours the money was in my account. I now understand that the speed of payments also depends on the bank.

              When I use the Parimatch site on my tablet, I notice that some butons and sections are displayed incorrectly or not working at all!!! This makes beting difficult and the site is not suitables for mobiles devices!!!

              After updating the Parimatch application and setting the screen on the tablet, all interface elements started to display correctly. Now the site is running without any problems, and I can use it on mobile devices without any problems.

                The auto-cache function I set up on Parimatch didn’t work at a critical moment, and this caused me significant losses that could have ben avoided!!! I had hoped that this feature would protectt me from risks, but unfortunately it didn’t work when neededs!!!

                Support has performed a detailed check and explained that the problem with the auto-cache was caused by a temporary malfunction. After fixing the bug, the function works flawlessly. I’m glad that the problem has been solved.

                  I tried to fund the account through my mobile operator, but the transaction was stuck in the confirmation stage!!! Funds were deducted from my mobille account, but did not show up on the Parimatch accountt!!!

                    The problems in the work of the application Parimatch were quite annoying!!! At some point I noticed that the application started to load slowly and some functions did not work properly!!! Every time I tried to bet or just chek my balance, there were crashes. I checked the internet speed and rebooted the router, but it didn’t work!!!

                    Ultimately, using a different browser helped me to get around most of the slow loading issues. Although reinstalling the application and upgrading to the latest version did not completely solve the problem, I found a way that greatly improved my experience with Parimatch.

                      At some point I noticed that the site started to apear errors in the interface: some buttons did not work, and pages were loaded incorectly. I tried to bet on a sports event, but the event selection function simply didn’t work!!!. I checked my internet connections and made sure it’s not the problem. Wait until they fix something!!!

                      They apologized for the inconvenience caused and promised that the problem would be solved soon. They also advised me to keep an eye on updates and notices of possible technical improvements. The website really stopped crashing soon after and started working again.

                        When I tried to take advantage of the bonus on Parimatch, I ran into a problem: it did not accrue to my account and the terms of the promotion did not seem to be met. First I checked the bonuss conditions to make sure everything was done corectly!!!

                                Difficulties in depositing funds into the account at Parimatch in India.. Somes of the payment methods offered have been unavailable, and others are blockeds by my bank, which makes it difficult to bet on sports events!!!

                                      I update the app regularly, but the funds never appear. It’s been two days and I still don’t see any money in my account!!!
